  1. Product specifications: 1200mm × 2400mm, thickness ranging from 2.5mm to 100mm. If customers require other dimensions, our company can provide cutting services upon request. To avoid wasting these material resources, we recommend exploring proportional cutting options such as: 600mm × 600mm; 600mm × 1200mm; 800mm × 1200mm; 1200mm × 1200mm, and so forth.

  II. Methods for Identifying Floor Pressure Plates.

  Method 1: Ask the supplier or manufacturer of the medium- and thick-plate press what its tonnage capacity is—can it produce ultra-thin plates measuring 2.5–3.5 mm as well as ultra-thick plates exceeding 40 mm? Only manufacturers equipped with hydraulic presses capable of exerting over 7,000 tons of pressure have the capability to produce asbestos floor pressure boards using the lamination method. Manufacturers that do not offer ultra-thin or ultra-thick plates have already confirmed that their presses do not exceed 3,000 tons in capacity.

  Method 2: Inquire with the supplier or manufacturer about the different dimensions of the boards they produce. Since boards manufactured using the laminating process are produced via an assembly-line method, we only offer one standard panel size: 1.2 meters by 2.4 meters. For other smaller-sized panels, you’ll need to perform secondary cutting based on this standard size. On the other hand, boards produced by companies using the single-piece casting and molding process have working dimensions that do not exceed 1.2 meters by 1.2 meters. For these smaller-sized panels, you can directly use the casting and molding process without needing to make effective cuts from larger-sized panels.

  Method 3: An intuitive testing method involves placing a sample board provided by the supplier or manufacturer at a height of 1.5 meters above the ground, allowing it to fall freely and parallel onto a hard granite or cement surface. Boards produced using a single-cast molding process will split apart, whereas boards produced using a layered process will remain completely undamaged! You can clearly see the differences in strength, performance, and service life between the two types of boards.
